Conduct on-site commissioning, testing, and service for marine products to ensure optimal operation and reliability.
Complete all commissioning and maintenance tasks within the required timeframes and standards.
Provide troubleshooting and technical support for marine systems and related equipment.
Continuously learn and apply new technologies, tools, and procedures to enhance technical capability.
Ensure high customer satisfaction through quality service, professional communication, and timely issue resolution.
Maintain effective communication and collaboration with internal teams to align on customer needs and feedback.

Bachelor’s degree or above in Marine Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
Minimum 3 years of experience in commissioning, service, or maintenance engineering (preferably in the marine or industrial field).
Strong technical, computer, and programming skills.
Good command of English, both written and spoken.
Willingness to travel frequently and work at customer sites for extended periods.
Experience in marine equipment commissioning or electrical systems troubleshooting.
Familiarity with PLC programming or control systems.
Proven ability to interface with customers and provide on-site technical support.
Previous experience in a multinational or industrial service environment.
