You will ensure the audit activities follow Emerson Logistics’ contract policies and procedures. You will work cross-functionally with logistics/site operations, procurement, trade compliance, finance, business intelligence, and other internal stakeholder groups.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Demonstrate logistics cost data to identify and implement improved logistics processes.
- Align with key stakeholders on critical success metrics and develop dashboards to monitor logistics cost KPIs.
- Collaborate with logistics operations, plant locations, and procurement to ensure that logistics requirements are well-defined.
- Develop and maintain carrier routing guides by mode and track routing guide compliance.
- Partner with finance and logistics operations to ensure freight cost trends are well understood and improvement action plans are well-stated.
- Identify logistics reporting data quality issues and drive action plans to improve.
- Oversee the execution of the audit, the resolution of freight bills suspended in the system, and managing inquiries or concerns raised.

For This Role, You Will Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Financial Accounting, Supply Chain, Logistics, Transportation Management, Customs Administration, or other related courses.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in audit, accounts payable, billing or invoicing, and/or logistics and supply chain functions (i.e., transportation management system, pricing, order entry, and shipment planning).
- Working knowledge of Logistics or Transportation Operations.
- Working knowledge of shipping logistics and associated documentation, regulations, and terminology.
- Basic understanding of Material Requirements Planning (MRP), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Transportation Management System (TMS), logistics systems, and tools.
