• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Basic experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Oracle Fusion, Azure)
• Familiarity with scripting languages and business intelligence tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Experience with Oracle CX or similar cloud applications.
• Understanding of access group security and scheduled processes.
• Exposure to SAFe/Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of Groovy scripting and BI report creation.
