Senior Pricing Analyst II

The Senior Pricing Analyst II plays a pivotal role in driving pricing excellence across global operations. This position is responsible for automating and maintaining the price book, digitizing pricing workflows, and ensuring accuracy across ERP and eCommerce platforms. The analyst will manage global discount policies, support special pricing agreements, and lead data-driven initiatives to optimize pricing strategies and profitability.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Pricebook:
- Ensure that the price book creation process is automated, reducing process time, increasing accuracy, and streamlined with data collection, analysis, creation, approval and loading into digital tools
- Ensure correct documentation creation, storage, and maintenance process
Digitization:
- Update customer matrix pricing, customer and/or supplier agreements in ERP systems in alignment with Pricing strategy, pricing methods, processes, and workflows.
- Ensure correct documentation creation, storage, and maintenance process
- Perform Yearly Oracle Set up & maintenance Process meticulously as per the detailed instruction
- Constant Monitoring of Price accuracy in all operating tools & close the trouble shooting tickets within the agreed service levels
- Preparation and review of eCommerce pricing files, partnering cross-functionally with IT, Sales and Marketing
Price Control:
- Global World Area Discount: Responsible for accurate setting and monitoring of discounts in business process and tools
- Responsible for timely release of interco intraco discount policies (calculation, summary, approval process)
- Global Special Agreements: In cooperation with agreement managers, support and continue evolution of agreement best practices both when entering into new agreements as well as realizing price within existing agreements.
Data Analytics:
- Evaluate data and uses data analytics, data visualization to develop a variety of visually appealing and easy to interpret products to clearly communicate complex data sets to stakeholders.
- Create and enable analytics around how price can be realized, identify & drive successful program outcomes using data led insights.
- Develop ad-hoc analyses for critical business issues that impact program/product performance and translate the analyses into actionable recommendations.
Business Intelligence:
- Develop analytical framework, tools, techniques, and capabilities to segment, target, and profile market opportunity, revenue potential, and pricing strategies
- Provides pricing analysis for management, performs margin and pricing analysis in order to support business initiatives
Monitors and update commercial price lists, - Validates sales quotations for accuracy and profitability, Develops a system of communication, documentation, and review of internal and external comparative pricing data
- Identifies opportunities to optimize sales and profitability through pricing strategies
Pricing Strategy
- Price Audit: Manage margin and price optimization project teams to unlock margin opportunities.
- Monitor company and market trends to inform pricing decisions
- Assist leadership team with ad-hoc report request, as well as scheduled requests, in a timely manner, while maintaining a high level of process quality and consistency
- Support cross-functional teams in areas focused on data accuracy, integrity, and governance.
For This Role, You Will Need:
3-5 years Pricing Experience
Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or Technical relevant field.
Advanced English Level
Strong mathematical skills to analyze reports and work with large data sets.
Microsoft Power Platform
Business Intelligence
Oracle Advance Pricing (preferred)
Strong oral and written communication skills – Must have the ability to effectively communicate clearly and concisely.
Advanced Excel skills
