In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Financial Reporting and Analysis:

  • Consolidate and review financials in the HFM Reporting System to ensure completeness, accuracy, and timely submission.
  • Ensure compliance with Emerson Corporate Policies, procedures and local statutory reporting requirements.
  • Collaborate and partner with Business Units, Functions, and Regions to provide insightful analysis and value-added recommendations and financial performance reviews.
  • Consolidate and submit Quarterly Forecast (POR) in HFM reporting system and perform variance analysis for both Regions and Business Units.
  • Ensure all year-end and quarterly reporting requirements are thoroughly reviewed, accurate and submitted on time.
  • Prepare and review various financial reports including POR, Budget, Mid-year review, Restatement, and Currency Exposure.

Team Leadership and Collaboration:

  • Provide mentorship and guidance to the Finance, Customer Service and Admin Teams during the month-end closing cycle.
  • Support the local Sales team in achieving business objectives through credit term assessment, logistics fulfilment and commercial terms negotiation.

Contract and Trade Administration:

  • Manage all contract-related activities, including import, export, and purchase order processing, ensuring full compliance with company policies and international trade regulations.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external authorities to ensure smooth customs clearance and adherence to all import/export control processes.

Office Management and Compliance:

  • Oversee daily office operations to maintain an efficient and organized working environment, while supporting administrative needs across departments.

Statutory Fillings and Transfer Pricing:

  • Prepare and review Statutory fillings and Transfer Pricing Local File in compliance with statutory and tax regulations.
  • Coordinate with external tax advisors to ensure timely and accurate tax filings and maintain compliance with corporate tax policies.
  • Implement and maintain robust internal controls and accounting procedures; regularly review workflows to identify process improvements and mitigate potential risks.

For This Role, You Will Need:
  • BA in Accounting/Finance from recognized universities
  • Minimum 10 years working experience (at least 3 years as Finance or Accounting manager in MNC).
  • Experience with ERP system, working knowledge with all of the statutory requirements and taxes regulations
  • Fluent in spoken and written English, able to work independently and responsibly with minimal supervision, can work under stress and respect the deadline

  • Capable of describing and documenting overall test strategy

The primary purpose of this role is to lead and support the delivery of the APHQ reporting requirements, providing the Regional Finance Director with key insights into actual results, and forward-looking analysis. This role requires close collaboration with internal business units and functions to deliver meaningful business insights and drive financial performance. In addition, the role supports the Country General Director in monthly Business Reviews, yearly Budget Reviews, and yearly Governance Committee Review.
