Sales Supervisor or Sales Manager

Work with FCV sales channel to grow the FCV China DVC KOB3 business.
Deeply understand the market competition situation and identify growth opportunities from regional, industrial or customer segmentation perspectives etc.
Develop and implement DVC KOB3 sales strategy to meet the growth target.
Support customer seminars and marketing events to deliver the key value information of Fisher DVC product.
Promote digitalization and diagnostics with solution selling value message.
Collaborate with AP, LBP channel and other functions, work with Internal Product BU and feedback on the market situation.
Sales channel management and drive other sales programs.

You actively seek input from pertinent sources to make timely and well-informed decisions. You handle the risk that comes with moving forward when the outcome is not certain.
Self-motivated personality. Works well under pressure.
Minimum 3 years' experience in sales, business development, or product marketing within the automation industry, with a background in positioner, valves and DCS being preferred.
Good presentation and communication skills.
Flexible for frequent travel to customer sites.
Strong interpersonal, communication and planning / priority management skills.
Strong leadership qualities and strategic thinking.
Customer-oriented and able to win customers’ trust.
Good commercial knowledge.
Good working knowledge of computer software and tools.
