The Manufacturing Technology Center Manager will lead innovative initiatives, drive operational improvements, and foster a collaborative environment where your voice is heard and your ideas matter. In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Lead and manage the Manufacturing Technology Center, ensuring alignment with Emerson’s strategic goals.
  • Drive innovation and implement new technologies to optimize manufacturing processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex business challenges.
  • Mentor and develop team members, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Oversee project execution, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
  • Engage with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process enhancements.
  • Support sustainability initiatives and contribute to a safer, smarter workplace.

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years in developing and deploying manufacturing equipment with experience in leading teams, process development, and project management.
  • Demonstrated experience designing discrete manufacturing equipment from concept to implementation, managing resources, timelines, and budgets.
  • Proven leadership experience in interdisciplinary manufacturing technologies or similar roles.
  • Proven ability to guide the adoption and integration of new manufacturing technologies, tools, and equipment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for innovation.
  • Excellent communication and team leadership abilities.
  • Experience working with global teams
  • Ability to travel internationally as required
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States - Sponsorship will not be provided for this position

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

  • Advanced degree in a relevant field.
  • Professional Engineer License
  • Experience with sustainability initiatives in manufacturing.
  • Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with process optimization and continuous improvement methodologies.
