For this role, you will need:

Act as a payroll analyst, providing end-to-end operational support. Ensure all employees are paid accurately and on time, in compliance with legal and policy requirements. Collaborate with regional global teams to meet or exceed SLA targets. Identify and resolve payroll discrepancies and issues proactively. Support audits, reporting, and reconciliations as needed. Partner with internal departments such as HR, Finance, and DHCM to resolve payroll-related queries.

Preferred qualifications that set you a part:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Payroll, Business, Accountant or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 2-3 years of related work experience, preferably in a multi-division, multi-state environment.
  • Experience with Oracle applications would be preferred.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel formulas and analytics

Payroll Operations Analyst The Payroll Operations Analyst is a key member of the Global Payroll Operations Team. The primary objective of the analyst is to provide comprehensive operational support to meet the desired level of customer service to internal stakeholders and achieve the global service level goals and to ensure all employees are paid correctly and timely, the Analyst contributes to continuous improvement initiatives and helps maintain compliance with local regulations and company policies.
