In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

    • Maintenance work for industrial valves used in factories, etc.

    • Keep collecting or dive into hidden customer's needs related to after service.

    • Deliver the quotation to the customer.

    • Preparing report for individual maintenance cases.

Who You Are:

    • Understand product technically and facilitate customer promptly.

    • Keep improving productivity and optimizing process for maintenance and keep lead time .


For This Role, You Will Need:

    • Those who are interested in maintenance work related to valves/pumps/machines hydraulic equipment/ instrumentation.

    • Those who have experience in equipment maintenance work.

    • Business Japanese level, reading writing listening and speaking


Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

    • Those who have qualification or knowledge for machine operation technology (Crane operation, forklift operation, slinging, etc.)

    • Experience in maintenance work related to valves/pumps/machines/hydraulic equipment/instrumentation.

This position includes everything from acting as sales and technical support and quality control. Field Service engineer need to prepare quotation by customer's request and preventive maintenance, provide technical support and advice and ensure the quality after maintenance.
