As a Software Engineer, you are expected to demonstrate strong technical expertise, effective cross-functional collaboration, and a commitment to continuous improvement. In this role, you will:
Apply Agile methodologies to design, develop, test, and deploy solutions across both on-premises and cloud environments. Leverage DevOps principles—including CI/CD, version control, and automation—to accelerate and streamline solution delivery.
Design, build, and optimize data integration processes, data pipelines, and datasets to support reporting, analytics, and data-driven decision-making within data lake or data warehouse environments.
Use strong analytical and problem-solving skills to partner with product management, delivery leads, and engineering teams to enhance operational efficiency and reduce manual effort.
Collaborate with software developers and engineers to ensure solutions follow established development standards and function as intended.
Perform comprehensive data testing and validation to ensure accuracy, reliability, and high data quality.
Communicate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively to non-technical business stakeholders.
Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning through self-study, training, and hands-on practice.
Technical Proficiencies
Candidates should possess experience or foundational skills in the following areas:
Strong understanding and practical experience with database systems.
Proficiency in PL/SQL and Java
Working knowledge of Python and related frameworks.
Exposure to Oracle Applications or other ERP systems (an advantage).
Experience with API development (a plus).
