In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
1. Conduct compliance assessments based on EHS laws, regulations, specifications, and standards, and promptly propose corrective actions for identified issues and track improvements;
2. Maintain and update the company's EHS management system, operating procedures, inspection records, monitoring requirements, emergency response plans, and other internal management documents in accordance with EHS laws, regulations, technical specifications, and standards;
3. Manage EHS-related education and training, responsible for compiling training materials, implementing training, and accurately recording training details;
4. Supervise and manage EHS operations, ensuring that EHS management systems, operating procedures, inspections, and monitoring are complied with and implemented, promptly identifying and correcting non-compliant behaviors; organize the identification of important EHS factors and risk assessments, ensuring that important matters are prioritized;
5. Organize various emergency response drills, update emergency response plans as needed, and maintain records;
6. Maintain all EHS management records, properly classify, label, and archive them, ensuring that EHS records are complete, clear, and easy to retrieve and access;
7. Develop EHS inspection plans and content, conduct daily EHS inspections, promptly identify EHS management problems and accident hazards, and supervise corrective actions;
8. Assist in EHS accident investigation and handling, and propose corrective and preventive measures;
9. Manage the qualifications of EHS cooperating suppliers, maintaining and updating supplier qualification certificates and contracts;
10. Manage EHS personnel qualifications, ensuring that EHS-related job qualification certificates are valid;
11. Manage personal protective equipment (PPE), develop and update PPE standards, manage PPE procurement and distribution, and guide and supervise employees in the correct use of personal protective equipment;
12. Encourage all employees to participate in EHS management and recognize employees with outstanding EHS contributions;
13. Update EHS-related data and regularly report EHS operational status to management;
14. Develop an annual budget for EHS resource allocation, ensuring sufficient and effective EHS investment;
15. Maintain close communication with relevant parties and promptly handle EHS-related requirements (including supervision and inspection, third-party audits, group-related requirements, etc.).

For This Role, You Will Need:
- College degree or above
- More than 3 years of experience in EHS (Environment, Health and Safety) integrated management
- Familiar with relevant EHS laws, regulations, technical specifications and standards
- Experience in EHS management in a machinery manufacturing enterprise for more than one year is preferred
