Record to Report Process Owner (Supervisor II)

As a GFS Record to Report Process Owner (Supervisor), you will lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the Record-to-Report (RtR) processes team in charge, ensuring seamless execution, efficiency, and compliance across the organization. You will oversee capacity planning, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and drive operational excellence by identifying opportunities for process improvement. In this role, you will also ensure audit readiness and foster the professional growth of your team through mentoring and development.
In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Focus and drive the standardization and efficiency of Record to Report processes across the organization and assigned team.
- Understand capacity of the teams, continually identifying whitespace areas and opportunities to improve process efficiencies.
- Comply with SLAs and KPIs that track and enhance process effectiveness.
- Ensure that Audits are completed in timeliness and deficiencies resolved in 90 days
- Upskilling, mentoring, and developing direct reports to ensure that the team is both capable and motivated to drive process improvements.

For This Role, You Will Need:
- BSBA degree in Accounting, Finance and/or Business Administration
- 5-7 years of experience in accounting roles.
- Excellent communication both verbal and written in English (B2+)
- Expertise in process optimization and standardization, experience in capacity planning, strong project management skills, and leadership abilities.
- Experience overseeing a small to medium staff of accounting analysts/specialists is required.
- Advanced computer skills to include Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, Power Apps, etc.
- Experience working with an automated accounting system (eg: Oracle, Hyperion, SAP and/or others)
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
- Experience in Shared Services environment is preferred.
