In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Strategic Leadership & Vision
- Develop and execute a multi-year operational strategy aligned to business growth, innovation, and customer expectations.
- Anticipate market and capacity needs, ensuring the plant is positioned to support current and future demand.
Operational Excellence
- Champion a world-class safety culture built on accountability, employee empowerment, and proactive risk mitigation.
- Advance lean principles (5S, visual management, waste elimination) and continuous improvement systems across all functions.
- Ensure disciplined execution of quality systems, with a relentless focus on first-time throughput and customer satisfaction.
- Oversee production planning, scheduling, and materials flow to reliably achieve on-time delivery and agile response to demand changes.
Business Performance
- Lead initiatives that meaningfully improve key performance indicators—including safety, quality, delivery, productivity, inventory performance, and cost competitiveness.
- Build and manage annual operating plans, budgets, and capital investment strategies to maximize return on assets.
People & Culture
- Create a high-performance culture that attracts, develops, and retains top talent across all levels of the organization.
- Implement strong workforce planning, succession strategies, and leadership development programs.
- Foster collaboration, accountability, and a mindset of continuous improvement and innovation.

- Ensure compliance with all corporate policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements.

For This Role, You Will Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing or operations, including direct oversight of complex plant operations.
- Demonstrated success leading cultural, operational, or organizational transformation.
- Exceptional communication skills, including executive-level presentation capabilities.
- Strong business acumen, problem-solving ability, and change-management competency.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States (no sponsorship available).
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
- MBA or advanced technical/operations degree.
- Proven success driving lean manufacturing and continuous improvement programs at scale.
- Experience leading strategic planning, budget development, and capital planning within a manufacturing environment.
