Position Summary

The Manager, Global Supply Chain Programs & Operations is an individual contributor role focused on supporting and driving global supply chain transformation, program management, and process improvement initiatives within our complex electronics manufacturing environment at Emerson T&M. This role is designed as a development path toward senior supply chain leadership, providing hands-on experience with advanced supply chain technologies, analytics, and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Program & Project Management: Lead and support cross-functional supply chain programs and projects, including digitalization, analytics, and process improvement initiatives.

  • Supply Chain Expertise: Apply knowledge of electronics manufacturing supply chains, including component sourcing, production planning, and inventory management, to optimize end-to-end operations.

  • Process Improvement & Lean CI: Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies to enhance supply chain efficiency, agility, and resilience.

  • Technology Integration: Support the deployment and optimization of Oracle EBS, Kinaxis, and other advanced supply chain platforms. Collaborate with IT and business teams to implement new tools and processes.

  • Inventory Management: Analyze inventory data, support inventory optimization projects, and contribute to the development of advanced forecasting and simulation models.

  • Data Analytics & Reporting: Prepare and analyze supply chain KPIs, generate actionable insights, and present findings to leadership. Leverage analytics to identify bottlenecks and recommend corrective actions.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Manufacturing, Procurement, S&OP, Customer Operations, and regional teams (Hungary, Malaysia) to support integrated supply chain planning and execution.

  • Risk Management & Compliance: Participate in risk mitigation, compliance, and sustainability initiatives as part of the Supply Chain Center of Excellence.

  • Professional Development: Engage in ongoing training and development to build expertise in global supply chain leadership, advanced analytics, and digital transformation.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in supply chain management, Engineering, Business, or related field

  • Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now and in the future
    • Individuals with temporary visas such as E, F-1 (including those with OPT or CPT), H-1, H-2, L-1, B, J or TN, or who need sponsorship for work authorization now or in the future, are not eligible for hire.
  • 5+ years of experience in supply chain or operations with a strong preference for electronics/ semiconductor manufacturing environments.

  • Hands-on experience with ERP/MRP systems (Oracle EBS preferred) and advanced supply chain planning tools (Kinaxis or similar).

  • Demonstrated experience with process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.).

  • Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.

  • Proven ability to work effectively in a global, matrixed organization.

  • Willingness to travel as needed and collaborate across time zones.
