Technical Sales Engineer with French

- Providing customer service to the highest standards, responding to customers’ commercial and technical questions or delegating other types of queries to the right owner within the organization
- Identifying customer needs, understanding medium complex technical requirements, collaborating closely with customers, sales teams, factories and other departments (as needed) and determining the best solution to be offered
- Sizing and configuring the products according to the technical and commercial requirements such as specifications, application fit, documentation, testing requirements, target lead-time and budget
- Creating a quote in Oracle/ My Emerson assists with technical recommendations and submitting the proposal to customers on time, technically and commercially accurate by offering the best solution
- Selecting the appropriate technical documentation
- Making sure Frame Agreements and Price Agreements are followed and specifying a delivery time for the selected products
- Verifying that purchase orders are in accordance with the technical proposal offer and commercial terms. Resolve any technical-related issues that may occur with the customer

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in engineering or similar technical positions
- Good knowledge of English language
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Relevant knowledge of the process industry
Knowledge in Oracle

The Technical Sales Engineer is responsible for preparing quotations, contacting customers when clarification is needed, and following up on issued offers by phone. The main purpose of this role is to manage small and medium-complexity inquiries (Tier 0& 1) for M&A and/or Flow products and convert RFQs into orders by providing customers with the most suitable technical and commercial solutions from the Measurement Solutions portfolio
