In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Provide site service to installed based customers

Provide emergency service to customers

Provide technical support standards and best practices to customers

Manage products recall/replacement

Reports progress and technical problems to service manager

Communicate technical problems to factory teams

Co-work closely with all BU team members

Pro-actively identifies potential quality and efficiency improvements within assigned work

Manage the timesheet and service schedule

Who You Are:

You ensure the effective management, implementation, and successful completion of all services assigned to the team.

Customer Focus. Build strong relationships with customers and satisfy customer-centric solutions

Collaborates closely with Customer, Sales, Inside Sales Engineer, PMO, Finance, Logistics, Compliance, Procurement, Order entry team, Intercompany factories, IT and other stakeholders.

Communicates effectively: Developing and delivering muti mode communications that conveys a clear understanding

For This Role, You Will Need:

Degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Electronics, or other related fields

1-10 years service experience in technical/industrial environment.

Good interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Korean

Traveling is part of the job requirements

Ability to handle urgent and sensitive situations, and working under pressure

Working Location office : Yeosu

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

  • Preference will be given to those with electrical, electronic, or communications-related qualifications

    (전기, 전자, 통신 관련 자격증 우대)
