- Develop and implement sourcing strategies in alignment with organizational strategy to ensure a reliable supply chain for mechanical parts and assemblies
- Monitor supplier performance to drive improvements and ensure global supply chain networks meet operational needs
- Achieve cost savings and trade working capital improvements (DPO/Inventory) through negotiations, eSourcing, and other activities related to supplier selection and short/long-term strategies
- Lead projects within assigned commodities and support annual financial planning cycles
- Manage diverse group of suppliers – ensure KPI improvements and negotiate contracts
- Assist with other strategic operations and supply chain projects and initiatives as needed
- Offer support and mentoring for Associate Commodity Managers

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Six (6) or more years of supply chain experience in a global manufacturing environment
- Basic understanding of mechanical parts
- Legal authorization to work in the United States - Sponsorship will not be provided for this position
- Travel up to 20% domestic and international
Strong written and verbal communications
Proficiency in Microsoft tools, especially PowerPoint and Excel

Our compensation philosophy is simple: we pay a competitive base salary, within the local market in which we operate, and reward performance during our annual merit review process. The salary range for this role is $83,000-$110,000 annually, commensurate with the skills, talent, capabilities, and experience each candidate brings to a role.
