In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Process Standardization
Document current engineering processes and identify gaps for improvement.
Define and deploy standardized engineering work processes, tools, and templates for Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, and Software domains.
Establish revision control, versioning, and approval workflows.
Standardize engineering design & calculation software across all WA, arrange for training as needed.
Build library of International measurement standards and national measurement standards and keep it updating with new releases and make it accessible to all WA
Build major customer specific requirement summary (Shell DEP, Exxon GP, Petronas PTS, EDNOC, Conocophilips etc)
Sharing of engineering journals for major update or engineering lesson learned
Governance & Compliance
Drive auditing culture to ensure compliance and traceability.
Develop and maintain a global engineering process and tools library.
Ensure process governance and continuous improvement across execution hubs.
Collaboration & Knowledge Management
Establish multidisciplinary collaboration frameworks to reduce handoff delays.
Create feedback loops between proposal teams, solution architects, and execution teams.
Develop knowledge management systems to capture lessons learned.
Innovation & Digital Transformation
Support modular design and virtual design/construction capabilities.
Lead global committees for software, mechanical, and electrical engineering standardization.
Drive AI initiatives for process efficiency.
Training & Change Management
Develop training materials and conduct sessions for new processes and tools.
Engage stakeholders across hubs for adoption and feedback.
Deploy standardized engineering design, analysis, and documentation processes across all hubs.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality, delivery, and productivity.
Ensure compliance with global standards and governance frameworks.
Who You Are:

For This Role, You Will Need:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Master’s preferred); Instrumentation engineering is a plus.
8–10 years of project management experience in complex environments.
Expertise in engineering design of custody transfer metering systems and analytical packages.
Strong knowledge of Oil & Gas industry standards (ASME, ANSI, API, ISO).
Ability to work with global teams and align processes across multiple regions.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
Experience managing global or multi-site projects.
Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
Exposure to digital transformation initiatives.
Knowledge of PMO domains including document control, supply chain, and quality systems.

The Solution Architect – Engineering Methods & Tools plays a critical role in driving engineering design and execution efficiency by defining, deploying, and continuously improving standard engineering processes, tools, and templates across global hubs. This position ensures alignment of engineering practices with organizational strategies to enhance collaboration, compliance, and productivity.
