Senior Planning Assistant

Support planners in daily work order (WO) release activities and system transactions
Execute order releases to stores for material picking and follow up on release status
Maintain and update work order documentation and job packs accurately
Review newly released work orders, update job packs, and coordinate submission to stores
Ensure timely completion of assigned planning and administrative tasks
Perform other duties as assigned to support manufacturing and planning operations
Detail-oriented with a structured and organized working approach
Self-motivated, independent, and able to work with minimal supervision
Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and shopfloor stakeholders
Proactive and willing to take initiative in daily operations
Minimum SPM qualification
At least 1 year of working experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
Basic knowledge of computer applications and system transactions
Ability to work independently and manage routine operational activities
Strong sense of responsibility and accountability
Prior experience in manufacturing planning, production support, or operations
Familiarity with ISO 9001 standards and quality awareness
Experience handling work orders, job packs, or shopfloor documentation
Exposure to ERP or manufacturing system
