We are seeking a Primary Producer Planning Supervisor/Manager who will lead a team of Planners and Order Administrators to ensure effective demand planning, production optimization, and timely delivery to meet customer expectations. This role requires strong leadership, collaboration across functions, and a focus on continuous improvement to achieve organizational goals.
In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Lead a team of Planners and Order Admins responsible for reviewing intra-company hubs’ demand forecasts and backlogs, optimizing production output, and meeting customer lead-times and schedules.
- Conduct periodic reviews with functional teams (Interco hubs, Supply Chain & Operations) to ensure demand forecast alignment, material and resource availability, and timely communication of lead times. Escalate issues as needed to meet customer expectations.
- Support organizational key initiatives and goals for Distribution Planning, and organize periodic reviews to identify opportunities and implement process improvements.
- Develop talents, build effective teams, and support team members in achieving stretch assignments and executing cross-functional Perfect Execution activities.
- Communicate effectively with team, peers, and management to build strong networks and collaborate to resolve challenges.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures on workplace safety.

- Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
- Degree in Business Management or Supply Chain Management.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of planning/master scheduling supervisory experience.
