Global Facility Program Manager (m/f/d)

Emerson's Test & Measurement (T&M) Business Unit is looking for a new colleague for its Facility group in Debrecen to fill the role of Global Facility Program Manager. This person will lead facilities management related programs and projects at a global level.
In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Lead High-Impact Projects: Take ownership of end-to-end planning and execution for facility process development, introduction, and expansion across our global sites.
- Drive Strategic Consistency: Develop and enforce global design standards and operational best practices to ensure all office locations reflect our company culture and efficiency goals.
- Collaborate Across Borders: Act as the primary liaison between local site leadership, internal stakeholders, and external partners to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Develop and implement the Global Facilities Programs: Create and maintain a standardized set of policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure consistent experience and operational standard across all global sites.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Act as the primary liaison between regional facilities leads and executive leadership, translating high-level business goals into actionable facility strategies.
For This Role, You Will Need:
- College/University degree
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing facility projects/programs
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Customer-centric approach
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Assertive Project Management
- Good presentation skills
- Proven interpersonal skills and commitment to teamwork and a "can-do" spirit
- Team skills, self-starter, and ability to work independently
- Collaboration skills and the ability to communicate cross-functionally
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, changing, and challenging environment
- Effective oral and written communication skills in both Hungarian and English
