We are looking for a Resident Service Engineer that will provide services to our customers, including but not limited to DeltaV control system support, troubleshooting, application modifications, commissioning, startup assistance, warranty service.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Deliver daily on-site service, maintenance, and system support.
Conduct routine health checks, diagnostics, and preventative maintenance on control systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues across control system components.
Provide remote technical assistance via phone.
Respond to emergency on-call service requests when needed.
Plan and implement system updates, patches, and upgrade activities.
Manage repairs, spare parts coordination, and customer training on maintenance tasks.

Support DeltaV projects such as migrations, expansions, and new installations while maintaining strong customer relationships and timely communication.

For this Role, You Will Need:
Minimum Bachelor Technical Degree or equivalent (automation/electronic/electrical).
Minimum 3 years’ experience in the process control system industry.
Strong experience with DCS/PLC.
Prepared to undergo technical and commercial trainings whenever the need arises and to work on customer site.
Willingness to react on emergency calls.

Fluent in English and Croatian language.
