Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for collecting daily business operation data of CRM, capable of conducting basic data processing on the raw data, including cleaning, verification, and integration.
• Complete the daily extraction of CRM data, prepare reports, and conduct data visualization presentation to support strategic decision-making and operational improvement.
• Maintain close communication with business departments and technical teams, assist in designing and implementing data collection and report development.
• Deeply understand the company's business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and propose optimization solutions.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above, major in Business Administration, Information Management, Computer Science or related fields are preferred.
• Proficient in using office software such as Excel and PowerPoint, familiar with analysis tools like Power BI, Tableau, Python, etc. Those with experience in ERP, CRM or other enterprise information systems are preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and cross-departmental collaboration ability.
• Have good logical thinking and data sensitivity, able to convert data into business language.
• Strong sense of responsibility, able to adapt to certain work pressure.

Preferred Qualifications

• Have a good understanding of business models in the fields of automation, manufacturing, or the internet industry.
• Have experience in data modeling or predictive analysis.
