We’re looking for a passionate sales professional who’s ready to make an impact.
Based at the Diegem Location for selling instrumentation and technical solutions for customers in the regions of Antwerp, Brabant and Limburg.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
  • Map and develop relationships with stakeholders within customer organization, understand their roles, responsibilities, and influence.
  • Understand Emerson’s unique solutions selling proposition to address the customer’s process instrumentation challenges.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned accounts including filling whitespace and generating new demand.
  • Work closely with Business Development Managers to ensure high quality customer satisfactions through application based selling techniques.
  • Coordinate ownership of complex opportunities to the dedicated Business and Development Managers.
  • Develop price and volume account strategies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all account activities and opportunities in CRM.
  • Build project funnel by identifying and qualifying strategic project opportunities.
  • Develop project pursuit strategies. Understand customer buying patterns and identify decision makers.
  • Forge deep relationships with stakeholders at end-users, contractors, OEMs, and strategic partners.
  • Lead the project pursuit process with clear actions, responsibilities and accountabilities.

You understand how businesses operate, stay informed on industry trends, and use that insight to identify customer needs and deliver effective solutions. By building strong relationships across teams and locations, you leverage networks to exchange knowledge and drive success.
For This Role, You Will Need:

• Demonstrated experience of at least 5 years of technical selling in the process industry
• Excellent communication and presentation skills both in Dutch and English.
• Diligent hunter with proven ability to build relationships with new customers.
• Minimum bachelor technical degree

• Excellent persuasion skills and the ability to communicate within all levels of the customer’s organization.
• Demonstrated collaboration skills with a strong commercial mindset
• Business acumen and understanding of commercial strategies
