Strategic Talent Acquisition

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment with a strategic mindset, ensuring alignment with business priorities and workforce planning.

  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and networking with universities, agencies, and industry associations.

  • Partner with leaders across different BU’s to deeply understand business needs and deliver the right talent at the right time.

  • Drive employer branding initiatives to position FTEC as an employer of choice in competitive markets.

  • Use data and market insights to recommend innovative recruiting strategies and improve time-to-fill metrics.

  • Promote Inclusion in all selection processes.

  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience through clear communication and timely feedback.

  • Leverage technology and automation tools to streamline recruitment processes.

  • Track and report on quality-of-hire and hiring days

Learning & Development

  • Design and execute the annual training plan aligned with organizational goals and compliance requirements.

  • Coordinate impactful learning programs that enhance technical and leadership capabilities.

  • Administer training modules through Oracle HCM, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.

  • Collaborate with leaders to identify skill gaps and propose development solutions that support career growth and business performance.

  • Promote a culture of continuous learning and employee engagement through creative initiatives.

  • Evaluate program impact using KPIs and ROI metrics.

  • Support career pathing and succession planning initiatives.

  • Manage external training vendors and negotiate contracts.

Compliance & HR Analytics

  • Ensure compliance with corporate policies, labor regulations, and mandatory training requirements.

  • Maintain accurate data in Oracle HCM / ORC for recruitment and learning activities.

  • Provide actionable insights through recruitment and training analytics to HR leadership.

  • Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency, service levels, and employee experience.

  • Monitor mandatory training and ensure timely completion.

  • Develop dashboards and predictive analytics to anticipate workforce trends.

  • Ensure audit readiness and compliance documentation accuracy.

  • Maintain strict adherence to data privacy and security standards.

Professional Degree Requirements (i.e., Engineering, Business Admin, etc.):

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Industrial Relations, or closely related field.
  • Master’s degree desirable

Experience Requirements (Years / Type of prior responsibilities or experience / Industry, etc.):

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in a multinational or manufacturing environment.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously and deliver against tight deadlines.
  • Experience in employer branding initiatives and building talent pipelines.
  • Hands-on experience designing and implementing training programs (technical and soft skills) – Desirable
  • Experience in evaluating training effectiveness using KPIs and ROI metrics.
  • Proficiency in Oracle HCM / ORC or similar HRIS platforms for recruitment and training administration.
  • Ability to generate and interpret HR analytics reports for decision-making.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulatory requirements related to recruitment and training - Desirable
  • Experience ensuring compliance with corporate policies and mandatory training programs.
  • Demonstrated ability to partner with business leaders across multiple functions and geographies.
  • Strong vendor management skills for external training providers.
  • Advanced English communication skills (written, verbal, and listening).
  • Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • High resilience and ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.

Technical Knowledge:

  • Oracle HCM / ORC proficiency for recruitment and training administration.
  • Experience with HRIS platforms and data integrity best practices.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards).
  • Knowledge of e-learning platforms
  • Strong Excel and data analysis skills for HR reporting and dashboards.
  • Understanding of labor law and compliance requirements.
  • Knowledge of psychometric and competency-based assessment tools.
  • Trained to be a trainer (desirable)
