Job Responsibilities

• Process and complete the operation system as per required, maintain the documents such as pick slip, delivery and POD etc based on internal SOP requests.

• Handle daily transport transactions, coordinate with transportation company timely, tracking and tracing the in-transit orders.

• Handle cargo packing, loading/unloading at site.

• Regularly stock check as required, report and handle backlog of materials timely.

• Strictly follow company policy and department operation guidelines, with cross-department coordination capabilities.

Basic Qualifications

• College Degree, majoring in logistics is good.

• Minimum 1-3 years’ working experience, particularly in warehouse will be prefer.

Knowledge

• Basic English reading and writing skills, understand and use English version operating files and internal operating systems.

• The candidate who with forklift certificates is prefer.

• Familiar with computer, excel, word and internal system handling requirement.

• Good learning and communication skills and teamwork attitude.
