In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Build, develop, and maintain Oracle database structures, including sophisticated SQL/PLSQL queries and stored procedures.
- Build, deploy, and manage RESTful APIs using Oracle REST Data Services (ORDS) to expose database functionalities to external applications.
- Integrate Oracle databases with third-party systems via APIs, web services (REST/SOAP), or middleware solutions.
- Handle data mapping, transformation, and ensure accurate data flow between Oracle databases and web applications.
- Optimize database queries, ORDS APIs, and integration processes for performance and scalability.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for database integrations, resolving issues proactively.
- Implement monitoring and logging mechanisms for ORDS APIs and integration endpoints.
- Collaborate with multi-functional teams including business analysts, developers, and QA to capture requirements and deliver robust solutions.
- Participate in update coordination and migration processes to ensure smooth transitions.
- Lead and mentor a team of developers, ensuring effective execution and teamwork across projects.
- Oversee day-to-day development activities, ensuring adherence to coding standards, best practices, and project timelines.
- Support career development and training initiatives for team members, identifying growth opportunities and skill gaps.

For This Role, You Will Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 8 to 12 years of hands-on experience in Oracle development (PL/SQL, SQL).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in system integration using Oracle Integration Cloud, REST/SOAP APIs, or middleware.
- Good understanding of relational databases and data modeling.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred).
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
