The Regulatory Compliance Analyst supports the day-to-day import and export compliance operations. This role ensures adherence to internal procedures and external regulations by executing screenings, validating documentation, and maintaining compliance databases.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
  • Perform Restricted Party Screening and Dynamic Screening for global transactions.
  • Assist in import and export audits, including basic document comparison and data review.
  • Maintain Import/Export classification databases (HS/ECCN).
  • Request and track Certificates of Origin (COO) from suppliers.
  • Conduct post-payment validation and assist with Automated Clearinghouse (ACH) support.
  • Review antiboycott language and flag potential issues.
  • Perform due diligence checks related to Checkpoint Holds.
  • Assist in ODS screening and internal list (Grey List) maintenance.
  • Support procedure updates and assist in document creation.
  • Provide support in classification (HS/ECCN) activities under supervision.

For This Role, You Will Need:
  • Bachelor in Customs Administrator or International Trade -related career.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English (Minimum B2)
  • Intermediate to advance knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, PowerPoint, Visio and Excel is required.
