Sales Training & Enablement Manager (Hybrid)

Are you a Sales Training and Enablement Manager who is passionate about designing, developing, and delivering innovative product, solution, and skill development learning programs to global sales and customer- facing teams? You will serve as a key member of our global product marketing team, developing and delivering product, solution, and sales knowledge transfer programs to internal and external customer-facing teams. In addition, you will play a key role in upskilling our customer facing teams through focused training programs.

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to develop, review, evaluate, and modify material for new and proposed training programs.
- Adapt, design, and create all instructional materials including user guides, tutorials, storyboards, scripts, course content (including simulations, role play activities, gamification, etc.) pre- and post-tests, and student and facilitator directions for blended learning solutions for instructor lead and on-line courses.
- Responsible for end-to-end solution sales enablement program facilitation to internal and external audiences.
- Leverage and produce internal ID templates and have strong knowledge of industry standards and innovation of various methods for quality learning.

For this Role You Will Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in education, marketing, management, training, or a related field or related experience.
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience as an instructional designer and development competency
- Knowledge of adult learning principles, various training methods, and web delivery tools (video, podcasts, webinars)
- Experience in designing sales pitch and trainings decks that articulate customer centric sales messaging
- Advanced presentation skills and comfortable with leading in-person or virtual sales training to groups of 10-100 people
- Proficient in MS Office applications -Excel, Outlook, Word with expert level PowerPoint skills
- Ability to travel to customer and industry events, and business meetings up to 25% annually

PREFERRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
- MBA or Advanced Business Education
- Experience with Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, Adobe Creative Cloud
- Sales offerings training expertise with Global Sales Teams and Reseller Channel Teams on how to sell Solutions, Products, & Services
- Field Sales or Sales Management Experience
- Experience in the Oil & Gas, Metals & Mining, Power Generation, or other harsh industrial industries

Our compensation philosophy is simple: we pay a competitive base salary, within the local market in which we operate, and reward performance during our annual merit review process. The salary range for this role is $95,000 to $135,000 annually, commensurate with the skills, talent, capabilities, and experience each candidate brings to a role.
