In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Data Collection & Analysis: Collect, clean, integrate, and maintain customer data from various sources (web, email, social, search) in the marketing database. Integrate customer data, identify trends and patterns and make recommendations for improvement.
- Reporting: Create and maintain regular performance reports and dashboards in Power Bi for stakeholders, visualizing data for clarity.
- Campaign Support: Assist in tracking campaign metrics, tagging digital assets (Google Tag Manager), and analyzing A/B tests to improve results.
- Market Research: Help conduct competitor analysis and research market trends to inform strategy, establish benchmarks, and keep up with marketing trends and best practices.
- Collaboration: Works closely with Marketing, DCX, Commercial Excellence, and Digital Intelligence teams to support Emerson’s Enterprise, BU, and WA marketing teams.
This role supports marketing efforts by collecting, analyzing, and reporting on data from campaigns, websites, and social media to find trends, track KPIs (like traffic, engagement, conversions), and help optimize strategies. Key duties include maintaining dashboards, pulling data from multiple sources, assisting with A/B testing, conducting competitor analysis, and presenting insights to the team, requiring strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making.
