This role is responsible for providing timely financial analysis and management reporting / support to Pressure Management Europe, ensuring there is continued excellent financial control, planning and analysis in addition to assisting the European Management team in ensuring the objectives of the Business Unit are met.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
  • Assist with detailed analysis and reporting to aid the development and execution of Business Unit plans and strategies – including Annual Budgets, Profitability Review, Monthly POR, Capital Budget and Headcount Planning

  • Active participation in month ends close routines (inc. Financials and POR), ensuring major variances are understood, investigated and explained to management, and month end deliverables are met in an accurate and timely manner.

  • Take the lead for all elements of SGA Analysis and SGA Reporting for the Business Unit, acting as a unique and key contact for any related aspects

  • Assists with detailed analysis and reporting of Bookings and P&L at Product Group and KOB level for PRM Europe and ensures consistency in reporting across the region

  • Assist in the preparation of Financial and POR Presentations for the PRM Finance Director and other members of the European Management team.

  • Assist in the reconciliation and maintenance of the Finance Power BI report shared with management on a monthly basis

  • Provide routine and ad-hoc analysis and projects as required by the Business Analysis Manager, Director of Finance or European and Worldwide management teams

  • Communicate effectively with direct management, WA HQ Finance personnel and WA BU Finance personnel

  • Develop, design & automate reports and dashboards.

  • Preparation and participation in the plants/sales companies’ budget and mid-year reviews

For This Role, You Will Need:
  • A relevant university degree with a minimum of three years’ relevant professional experience
  • A solid general accounting background is needed
  • Advanced IT proficiency, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Fluency in English
  • Experience with SAP or Oracle, as well as HFM
  • A proactive team player who learns quickly and can work effectively both independently and collaboratively
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
  • Proficiency in additional European languages

  • A qualified or part-qualified accountant (preferred)

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
