In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Be the warrant of excellently executed Network Services Provisioning Projects and Programs,
- respecting Business demand, official Onboarding or Acquisitions programs
- applying knowledge, skills, tools and techniques to meet project, program and I&O requirements, fully understanding scopes, budgets, goals
- being the main point of contact for stakeholders and ensure high stakeholders’ satisfaction
- ensuring optimized provisioning timeline and task coordination for the service rollout, eliminating project management complexity for local IT teams
- following and enforcing Emerson policies, rules, processes regarding relevant IT management, security, standards, and procedures, liaising with other teams when required
- Manage the own project portfolio
- Coordinate the projects in alignment with I&O goals, priorities, available capacity and roadmap agreements, managing stakeholder communication at required level.
- Ensure data accuracy in Workfront and supporting maintaining data accuracy in GAMS
- Be responsible for resource capacity management within project and own project portfolio, proactively address resource constraints, closely work with resource managers.
- Promote efficiency in all working practices.
- Contribute to the Provisioning and Service processes definition and improvement plan.
- Take on other duties as per assignment.
- Work independently with limited oversight from manager.

This is an IT Provisioning Manager position within Emerson IT Infrastructure & Operations organization (I&O). The incumbent has the primary ownership of leading projects for Managed LAN and WLAN Service provisioning as defined by Emerson IT. The role may expand to other network services as the service landscape evolves. The Incumbent is responsible to deliver agreed level of services to internal service consumers and to use associated applications, technology and infrastructure supporting the delivery of these services in an ITIL inspired environment.
