Job Summary:

You will coordinate sales and material planning to drive on‑time delivery, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence. This position works closely with cross-functional teams to balance demand, optimize material availability, and contribute to continuous improvement across our planning processes.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Schedule customer orders in a timely manner to support sales and execution targets
- Drive on-time delivery performance and proactively address potential delays
- Review backlog and plan order releases based on customer-requested dates
- Support Parts Supervisor/Manager in Purchase Order Review (POR) and planning activities
- Prioritize orders to maximize performance while minimizing execution delays
- Identify parts required to fulfill customer orders and demand
- Schedule orders for picking, packing, and shipping activities
- Collaborate with the Purchasing Team to review open POs and align order planning
- Coordinate with Warehouse and Quality teams on inspection and stocking of parts
- Partner with Logistics to ensure timely shipment of orders
- Monitor end‑to‑end order execution across Purchasing, Warehouse, Quality, and Shipping to meet sales and service level goals
- Work with Order Administration to track invoicing status
- Communicate order status and progress updates to Customers and Local Business Partners in MEAPAC
- Interface with Customer Service departments at suppliers/factories to update and expedite orders when needed
- Generate, track, and enhance KPIs for MEAPAC operations
- Apply Perfect Execution and Lean Management principles across lifecycle services processes
- Ensure adherence to Emerson Trade Compliance standards in all transactions
- Follow Health, Safety & Environment policies
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by your line manager

For This Role, You Will Need:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or a related field
- Foundational experience in planning, scheduling, or coordination within a supply chain or operations environment
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams such as Purchasing, Warehouse, Logistics, and Customer Service
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Commitment to safe, compliant, and high‑quality operational practices
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in planning or related supply chain functions
- Experience working with international teams or global supply networks
- Familiarity with KPI reporting, Lean principles, or continuous improvement initiatives
- Proficiency with planning systems, ERP tools, or order management platforms
