In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
  • Customer Focus

Provide consistent and proactive support, ensuring alignment with customer and business needs.

  • Implementation dedicated to achieving outcomes

Coordinate bookings and revenue recognition in a timely and accurate manner.

Regularly supervise project progress and support ongoing project reviews to get results.

  • Effective Communication

Communicate clearly and constructively with cross-functional teams.

Prepare and deliver reports and workbooks to the Projects Team and Finance to ensure visibility and informed decision-making.

Activate critical issue paths when vital and support the creation and updating of workflows.

  • Collaboration and Partnership

Develop positive relationships with the Projects and Finance teams through regular collaboration and mutual support.

Encourage open communication and shared accountability across departments.

  • Project Management

Support project management activities in line with organizational standards and procedures.

Monitor project timelines and proactively address potential challenges.

Handle the creation, extension, and submission of part forms.

Maintain responsibility for all changes within Oracle throughout the project lifecycle.

Coordinate project execution, including billing and closure, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Continuously supervise project budgets to anticipate and mitigate risks.

Implement Emerson’s policies and procedures consistently across all PMO activities to ensure compliance with standard methodologies.

For This Role, You Will Need:

A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) or a related area, including Business Administration.

Candidates should meet one of the following:

1 year of experience in order entry, project management, or customer service within a manufacturing or office environment.
OR and in operations or a financial-related role.

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

Validated understanding of project management principles.

English proficiency (90% or higher, both written and verbal).

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).

Experience using Oracle applications is highly preferred.

Coordinate with quotation specialists and project managers on large automation projects to support proposals, order entry, part creation, documentation, progress updates, change orders, and project fulfillment activities through the closing phase in Oracle.Provide administrative and financial support by entering and booking project orders, including commissions, specialties, documentation, and agreements.Manage billing events such as project invoicing and milestone billing. Support revenue recognition by reviewing daily transactions, monitoring costs, and analyzing end-of-period P&L reports, highlighting key impacts by business unit. Ensure consistent, cross-functional support throughout the project lifecycle before, during, and after the sale in alignment with company standards and in collaboration with the Project Management team.
