In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Receive orders from customers across Asia and check them for completeness.
- Enter data or order items in Business Systems and coordinate with the factory for product manufacturing.
- Monitor orders and ensure goods are delivered to customers on time.
- Respond to order‑related inquiries via email, chat, or call to support a seamless customer experience.

You have a strong drive for results and exhibit passion and enthusiasm to get things done. You are proactive and highly innovative in approaching problem-solving efficiently. You communicate clearly and adapt your message to meet the needs of different audiences. You build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with others at all levels.
For This Role, You Will Need:
- Bachelor’s degree of any 4-year course.
- At least 1.5 years of working experience in order management or similar support/functions.
- General understanding of quote-to-cash process.
