We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Data Analytics Specialist to design, develop, and optimize data-driven solutions that enhance operational performance within Product Support. This role combines expertise in Power BI, data and process engineering to deliver scalable insights, predictive analytics, and workflow efficiencies. The ideal candidate will transform raw data into actionable intelligence, enabling proactive decision-making and continuous improvement across support operations.
In this role, your responsibilities will be:
- Advanced Analytics
Perform deep-dive analyses on structured datasets and relational databases to identify trends, anomalies, and key performance drivers using queries.
Deliver actionable insights through statistical modeling, forecasting, and root cause analysis.
Build and deploy predictive models (e.g., regression, classification, clustering) to support proactive decision-making.
Enforce data cleansing, validation, and PII anonymization standards.
Develop and implement AI solutions for automation, anomaly detection, and process optimization.
Architect, develop, and maintain advanced Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions aligned with evolving business needs.
Preferred: Implement MLOps for model deployment, monitoring, and retraining.
Preferred: Apply NLP and generative AI for automation and insights.
Preferred: Align with AI ethics and governance policies; ensure secure access controls.
- Data Engineering & Integration
Integrate and harmonize data from multiple sources using Power Query, SQL, Python, and cloud platforms.
Automate data ingestion, transformation, and reporting using Power Automate, Python, and SQL.
Identify and implement opportunities to reduce manual effort and improve pipeline efficiency.
Design scalable data pipelines on Azure with orchestration tools.
Apply data governance: lineage tracking, metadata cataloging, and compliance.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration & Project Leadership for Continuous Improvement
Lead solution design, proof-of-concept development, and implementation of data initiatives.
Collaborate with Product Support, IT, and BI teams to align solutions with operational goals.
Present complex findings in a clear, compelling manner to both technical and non-technical audiences

For This Role, You Will Need:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, AI, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in Power BI development, data engineering, business intelligence, or machine learning.
- Proficient in DAX, Power Query, Python, and data modeling best practices.
- Experience with automation tools (Power Automate, Python, SQL scripting).
- Strong understanding of support operations and performance metrics.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
- Experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., Azure, SharePoint, SQL Server).
- Familiarity with ITIL, Lean, or Six Sigma frameworks.
- Experience with machine learning frameworks.
- Knowledge of AI ethics, model deployment, and monitoring.
- Strong ability to collaborate on cutting-edge projects that may leverage on automation, machine learning, generative AI, etc.
