• Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the Regional Sales Director
• Coordinate internal and external events, meetings, and large‑scale activities
• Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to support business operations
• Work proactively and independently to organize recurring meetings and ensure strong follow‑through
• Arrange and manage travel plans and logistics
• Collect information, conduct simple research as needed, and maintain organized records and documentation
• Support day‑to‑day team activities and complete assigned tasks with accuracy and timeliness
You build strong relationships and foster open communication across a diverse group of collaborators. You take initiative and act with a sense of ownership, addressing challenges without hesitation. You plan and prioritize work effectively, adapting to changing needs while maintaining a steady focus on results. You consistently deliver on commitments and strive for continuous improvement in everything you do.
• Experience providing administrative or executive support, preferably in a multicultural or international environment
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel (pivot tables), PowerPoint, and Outlook
• A proactive, adaptable approach with strong organizational skills and a commitment to delivering excellent service
• Experience supporting senior leaders or a commercial/ sales team
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex scheduling and event coordination
• High attention to detail and comfort handling confidential information
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively across teams and cultures
