In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Define and manage project scope, timelines, resources, and costs, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Facilitate technical trade-offs and decision-making processes to meet project goals.
  • Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project, ensuring proactive issue resolution.
  • Provide clear and consistent communication to stakeholders regarding project status, risks, and changes
  • Conduct and lead project meetings to maintain alignment and momentum across teams.
  • Work with R&D team members and product planning team on both project and product life cycle management.
  • Manage continuous improvement, cost savings, hardware revision project until product goes EOL.
  • EOL component strategy for product life cycle planning.
  • Responsible for execution such as Agile ECO/MCO, Phase-out notice, prototype build & MVR (Manufacturing Verification Readiness).
  • Develop positive teamwork and facilitate team collaboration across multiple functions.
  • Work across groups globally to align effort & expectation.

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • Bachelors/Masters/PhD in Science or Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience with passion dealing with people.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing conditions.
  • Experience working in a matrix organization and collaborating across functions.
  • Knowledge in Agile product lifecycle management system.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

  • PMP certification or equivalent project management credentials.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as MS Project and Azure DevOps.
  • Good understanding in technologies such as PXI, PCIe, motherboard architecture, modular instrument and controller architecture will be a plus.
  • Demonstrate great teamwork and ability to interact across R&D and Manufacturing team.
  • Enthusiastic, positive attitude and has effective problem-solving skillset.
