Job Summary & Responsibilities: Service Operation – Reliability Solution

  1. Service Manager for entire RS Team – Sales & Service Operation.
  2. Handling RS Service Center Repair team & Service Business
  3. Managing PDM Service team
  4. Service Operation for PAM Business
  5. Meeting Service Sales POR
  6. Co-Ordination with Internal Sales & Service Team, External Customers for entire reliability solutions (i.e. PAM, PDM, MHM, AMS etc.)
  7. Complete ownership / In charge of NSC.
  8. Drive the Hardware Guardian Support for Portable along with it’s execution strategy.
  9. Complete ownership for billing all MHM Service Orders such as HW SA, Online Calibration, SW Services, Training, SW AMC, Calibration, Online Service, WL Training.

For This Role, You Will Need:

Team member and self-directed contributor. Works well within a team but is equally capable of performing independently.

  • Knowledge of Complete Portfolio of Reliability Solutions (As mentioned in previous page – will be the Basic Requirement.

  • Managing entire Reliability Solution Service team by supporting them with all kinds of technical assistance and resolving them at the earliest.

  • Identify risks and issues challenges at team level and resolve them to ensure no impact on client business. Timely escalation to internal management for getting better guidance and support.

  • Provide constructive feedback to the team. Helping the team to grow in the technical path and enhancing the skills and embellishing on good career path.

  • Motivating and mentoring the team to perform at par to enrich business growth.

  • Supporting PDM service team for technical, administrative, logistics, documentation to ensure monthly billing without any failure.

  • Establish good relationships with client counterparts and sale team for growth of business.

  • Notify leadership about potential growth opportunities.

  • Maintain monthly Service Billing target to meet to POR.

  • Continuous focus on business and team’s growth.

  • Market & competitive scenario intelligence in driving the PAM business and customer development.

  • Drive regional sales force in achieving the targeted budget/number for PAM

  • Lead Reliability Solutions PAM bookings POR, meeting and exceeding the Business Unit orders budgets.

  • Coordinate with regional sales forces from regions to support with accounts coverage plan with technical support, that improve growth path for PAM business.

  • Responsible for POR planning and compliance along with CRM opportunities management with regional teams for PAM numbers.

  • Deliver booking growth and ensure major opportunities are covered and positioned for a win (PAM)

  • Coordinate with regional sales forces for activities plannings which involves customers presentations, Roadshows, account assignment, and ongoing customer needs

  • Booking coordination with Legal, finance in support to concern regional team

  • Align with all vital regional and Business Unit Checkpoint Controls

Desired Educational Qualification:

B.E. / B. Tech (Instrumentation / ECE/ Electrical). Candidates with degrees in other engineering disciplines and experience in a similar field can be considered.
