Support the operations team with administrative tasks such as documentation, data entry, and report preparation.
Observe existing processes and identify gaps or inefficiencies.
Suggest improvement ideas to optimize productivity, reduce waste, or streamline workflows.
Collect, clean, and organize operational data
Work with cross‑functional teams such as Production, Quality, Supply Chain and warehouse.
Communicate updates, follow‑ups, and operational requirements effectively.
Follow organizational policies, safety standards, and quality guidelines.
Support ongoing operational improvement projects.
Gain an understanding of core operational processes, systems, and KPIs.
Use tools such as MS office and ERP systems.
Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing minutes of meetings (MoM), and tracking action items.
Who You Are:
You are an enthusiastic and detail‑oriented engineering or operations student who is eager to gain hands‑on experience in a manufacturing environment
Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and industrial operations.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Familiarity with lean concepts (5S, Kaizen, value stream mapping) is a plus.
Demonstrated excellent oral and written communication skills.
Positive attitude, eagerness to learn and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
A student pursuing Mechanical, Industrial, Production, or related engineering fields.
Interest in Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, or continuous improvement activities.
