In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Support the operations team with administrative tasks such as documentation, data entry, and report preparation.

• Observe existing processes and identify gaps or inefficiencies.

• Suggest improvement ideas to optimize productivity, reduce waste, or streamline workflows.

• Collect, clean, and organize operational data

• Work with cross‑functional teams such as Production, Quality, Supply Chain and warehouse.

• Communicate updates, follow‑ups, and operational requirements effectively.

• Follow organizational policies, safety standards, and quality guidelines.

• Support ongoing operational improvement projects.

• Gain an understanding of core operational processes, systems, and KPIs.

• Use tools such as MS office and ERP systems.

• Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing minutes of meetings (MoM), and tracking action items.

Who You Are:

• You are an enthusiastic and detail‑oriented engineering or operations student who is eager to gain hands‑on experience in a manufacturing environment

• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and industrial operations.

• Proficiency in MS Office.

• Familiarity with lean concepts (5S, Kaizen, value stream mapping) is a plus.

• Demonstrated excellent oral and written communication skills.

• Positive attitude, eagerness to learn and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

• A student pursuing Mechanical, Industrial, Production, or related engineering fields.

• Interest in Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, or continuous improvement activities.
