Sr. Financial Planning and Analysis Analyst

- Be a key member for the Global HQ Finance department of Measurement Solutions - Systems & LCS - MSS business unit, a $450Musd enterprise part of the Automation Solutions business platform within Emerson Company.
- Assist with the monthly, quarterly, and annual updates to the MSS’s Financial Planning Cycle which consist of monthly financial statements reporting, quarterly POR submission, annual forecast creation, board meetings, strategics reviews, profit and financial reviews among others.
- Consolidate world areas quarterly and annually supplemental reporting required by corporate.
- Drive and implement automation opportunities in our regular financial reporting procedures.
- Create, analyze, and review ad-hoc management inquires of key financial metrics for decision support for senior leadership as requested

- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required.
- Minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 3 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD without experience; or equivalent work experience
- Solid Accounting and USGAAP knowledge.

Strong knowledge in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is a must.
- HFM knowledge is a plus.
