ISO Management System Support
Maintain and update Environmental, Safety & Health (ESH) documentation and records.
Support scheduling, preparation, and follow‑up actions for ISO audits (ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
Safety & Health Activities
Assist in conducting workplace inspections and safety observations.
Support monitoring activities such as HIRARC reviews, chemical inventory checks, and environmental monitoring.
Lead an Intern ESH Improvement Project according to the agreed timeline.
Training Support
Assist with new‑hire safety induction logistics and training coordination.
Prepare and maintain training materials and records.
Administrative Support
Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for the ESH department.
Handle general administrative tasks to support ESH operations.
Other Tasks
Assist in scheduled waste disposal coordination.
Support other duties assigned by the ESH Manager.
- You are a proactive, detail‑oriented individual who is passionate about environmental sustainability, workplace safety, and regulatory compliance. You enjoy learning, taking initiative, collaborating with others, and contributing to a safe and healthy work environment.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Science, Safety & Health, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong interest in ESH compliance, sustainability, and workplace safety.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Willingness to learn, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Able to work under pressure, dedicated, and responsible.
- Ability to raise safety, health, and environmental awareness among employees.
- Knowledge of Malaysia’s Environmental, Safety & Health laws, acts, and regulations.
- Familiarity with ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 standards and requirements.
- Strong understanding of safety inspection methods, HIRARC processes, and environmental monitoring.
- Gain hands‑on experience in ESH operations and international ISO management systems.
- Be empowered with Stop Work Authority, ensuring you have the responsibility and support to halt unsafe activities.
- Work closely with cross‑functional teams such as Engineering, Facilities, Operations, and Manufacturing.
