The Senior Business Analyst plays a critical role in strengthening analytics, reporting excellence, and decision‑making across Professional Tools Europe. This position owns key operational and supply‑chain reporting processes while driving increased analytical maturity, automation, and cross‑functional insight generation. The role has a dual focus across Operations and Supply Chain, providing analytical leadership, critical reporting, and decision‑support to both areas. This position ensures continuity of essential operational and performance reporting while advancing the organization’s analytical maturity through automation, integrated BI and DOMO dashboards, improved data governance, and forward‑looking analysis. The Senior Business Analyst will partner across functions to translate complex data into clear, decision‑ready insights, supporting both day‑to‑day operational excellence and longer‑term strategic initiatives
Operational & Performance Reporting: Maintain and enhance critical recurring operational reports, including backlog, service‑level, and customer‑specific performance dashboards, ensuring ongoing accuracy, visibility, and insight generation for cross‑functional teams; Provide insight and commentary on performance trends, root causes, and operational risks, Partner with Plant teams to ensure accuracy, data consistency, and KPI alignment;
Supply Chain Analytics & Decision Support: Support Supply Chain planning, backlog health, customer allocation, and service-level analytics, Lead and improve freight tracking waterfall reports and location‑level tracking, Support strategic supply network initiatives with cost, inventory, and service‑level analytics;
Business Intelligence & Automation: Build integrated Power BI dashboards, automate recurring reports and improve data pipelines across SAP/JDE, Excel sources, and ensure consistent data governance;
Cross‑Functional Decision Support: Provide structured analysis for multiple functions, support initiatives with data‑driven insights, prepare analytical narratives, and perform scenario modeling;
Data Governance & Process Excellence: Strengthen data definitions, partner with IT/Digital, improve data pipelines, and support BI/DOMO communities;
Strategic & Forward‑Looking Analysis: Conduct trend analysis, risk assessments, and support planning cycles with insight packages;
Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a trusted partner, support leadership reviews, and promote data‑driven decision‑making.
- 8+ years in Business Intelligence, Business Analysis, Operations Analytics, Finance, or related fields;
- Proficiency in Power BI, SQL, Advanced Excel, and ERP systems;
- Experience with DOMO or similar BI platforms;
- End‑to‑End Supply Chain Thinking;
- Data & Digital Fluency (Power BI, automation, modeling);

Strong communication and storytelling skills, advanced Power Point knowledge;
- Fluency in English;
- Experience in performance reporting, KPI governance, and dashboard development;
