Senior Systems Analyst

The Senior Systems Analyst provides enterprise reporting and analytical support across R&D and Finance, delivering integrated insights to support business and engineering decision-making. This role connects data across multiple systems and sources and produces standardized and ad hoc reporting related to CAPEX, OPEX, headcount, attrition, hiring, and cost structures.
The role partners closely with Finance, and R&D leaders across a global environment. The position focuses on analytics, reporting, and system integration rather than project execution ownership.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports supporting CAPEX, OPEX, headcount, attrition, hiring, and related financial and operational metrics.
- Integrate, validate, and reconcile data across multiple enterprise systems and data sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Design and maintain Power BI data models, measures, and visualizations for operational and leadership reporting.
- Partners with Finance, Business Operations, and R&D stakeholders to define reporting requirements and translate business needs into analytical solutions.
- Support Planview based financial and resource reporting at the project and portfolio levels.
- Use Python and Excel to automate data preparation, validation, and recurring reporting processes.
- Provide adhoc analysis and management reporting to support planning cycles, forecasts, and leadership reviews.
- Contribute to standardization and continuous improvement of reporting processes and analytics practices across global teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Analytics, or a related field.
- 4–6+ years of experience in a Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, or analytics role supporting business or engineering organizations.
- Experience delivering financial and operational reporting used by management for decision-making.
- Strong proficiency with Power BI, including data modeling and dashboard development.
- Advanced Excel skills for analysis and data validation.
- Working experience using Python (or similar scripting language) for data manipulation or automation.
- Experience integrating data from multiple systems and ensuring data quality and consistency.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working in crossfunctional, global teams.
- Experience supporting R&D or engineering organizations.
- Familiarity with Planview (financials, portfolios, or resource data).
- Experience with CAPEX and OPEX planning, forecasting, or variance analysis.
- Exposure to cost structure or COGs related analysis.
- Experience collaborating globally.
