Dar soporte a las configuraciones de equipos de red de la entidad, así como también de otras regiones a nivel de las Américas. Liderar técnicamente ingenieros de configuración InHouse de los diferentes centros de excelencia que soportan la operación de la región.

Para este rol sus responsabilidades serán:

• Soporte a Sistemas de Control en Plataformas Virtualizadas y/o físicas;

• Configuración, Soporte y Puesta en marcha de sistemas de Networking;

• Configuración, Soporte y Puesta en Marcha de sistemas de CiberSeguridad;

• Liderazgo Técnico en tareas de PEM;

• Liderazgo Técnico en labores de InHouse relacionadas a las actividades arriba descritas;

• Tareas de configuración en temas relacionados con ingeniería InHouse de Control, Comunicaciones y Cyberseguridad;

• Tareas de puesta en marcha de los temas arriba mencionados, por ingenieros de menor skill;

• Comunicación efectiva entre las estructuras de soporte de mantenimiento a los clientes (SureService y Guardian Support);

• Control administrativo y financiero de los Project Managers.

Para este rol, usted necesita:

• Profesional en Ingeniería Eléctrica, Electrónica, de Sistemas, Mecánica o afines;

• Experiencia mínima de 3 años como Ingeniero de Campo en Sistemas de Control en Plataformas;

• Experiencia mínima de 2 años en sistemas Virtuales;

• Experiencia mínima de 1 año en sistemas de CiberSeguridad;

• Experiencia mínima de 5 años en Sistemas de Control.
