Warehouse Associate - Pick/Pack - 2nd shift

- Pick, pack, and ship products accurately and efficiently
- Kit materials into boxes, cases, and other packaging configurations
- Handle, identify, and move materials in accordance with safety and quality standards
- Support daily warehouse operations, including housekeeping and organization
- Cross‑train and provide support in other departments as business needs require
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor

- High school diploma or equivalent experience
- Effective communication skills
- Basic math skills, including counting and quantity verification
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow specific instructions
- Ability to meet department quality, attendance, and productivity requirements
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds; tools and equipment are available to assist with heavier items
- Ability to stand, squat, bend, lift, and lean for up to 8 hours per day
- Prior experience in a warehouse, distribution, or operations environment
