In this role, you will contribute directly to the assembly, testing, and calibration of advanced subsea and downhole products. You will work in a collaborative manufacturing environment where safety, quality, and continuous improvement are central to everything we do.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Perform a range of workshop activities, including assembly, testing, and calibration of subsea and downhole products manufactured at the Stavanger Factory.
- Actively promote a safe working environment by identifying and raising safety concerns and intervening when unsafe situations are observed.
- Document all work thoroughly using defined reporting templates to ensure accurate and compliant quality documentation.
- Identify and report product or process quality issues, deviations, and improvement suggestions through the established quality system.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by helping enhance production documentation and reporting to improve quality, reduce waste, and increase productivity.

- A combination of education, training, or practical experience that provides the knowledge and capabilities needed for the role.
- Basic computer skills for documentation and reporting purposes.
- A strong commitment to health, safety, and environmental practices.
- The ability to read, understand, and follow written, visual, and verbal work instructions in English.
- Legal authorization to work and reside in Norway.
- Experience working in a manufacturing, workshop, or production environment.
- Familiarity with quality systems, documentation, or continuous improvement practices.
- Experience with mechanical assembly, testing, or calibration activities.
- An interest in learning new processes and contributing to operational improvements.
