In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
The position is responsible for performing the following accounting duties:
Accounts payable operations including preparing future forecast
Expense reimbursement processing
Accounts receivable operations including preparing future forecast
Coordination with foreign co-worker
Treasury management
Inter-Branch account management
Fixed and demo asset management
Monthly, quarterly and annual closing tasks, depending on experience and skill level
Coordination with external professionals such as tax advisors and auditors
Routine communication with overseas headquarters, affiliated companies and other business units
Other accounting and finance-related tasks as required

In this role, accuracy and accountability in accounting tasks are essential, as well as building and maintaining trust with key partners and internal teams.
For This Role, You Will Need:
Minimum 5 years of practical accounting experience
Accounting knowledge equivalent to or above JCCI Bookkeeping Level 3
Basic PC skills, including Excel basic functions
Strong attention to accuracy and compliance
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Willingness to learn and grow
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
Experience in monthly, quarterly and annual closing
JCCI Bookkeeping Level 2 or higher
Experience in a foreign-affiliated or global business environment
Experience using accounting system such as Oracle or SAP
Basic English skills (mainly reading and writing skills)
Able to work independently and proactively
Demonstrate responsibility and continuous improvement mindset
Motivated to develop long-term expertise in accounting
