As a Customer Service Representative, you will be part of the European customer service team in which you will be responsible for the Scandinavian countries, and you will be based in our Sales office in Karlslunde (DK). You are the point of contact for external customers (incl. key account handling) and internal departments, and you deliver a fast and reliable communication and order follow-up. You will answer all incoming calls and you will place orders in the ERP system (JD Edwards). You will advise our customers on the product range and open orders via telephone and e-mail. In addition, you will give administrative support to our sales force in Scandinavia. Any other responsibilities or tasks that are within your skills and abilities, whenever reasonably instructed. The business reserves the right to make reasonable adjustments in line with business requirements.
You will be reporting to the local Team Leader.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
• First point of contact for external customers and internal departments
• Phone / Email support
• Order entry and follow-up
• Commercial + first line technical support
• Complaint handling (product + transport)
• Sales support
• Demo stock transactions
• Performs other duties as assigned

Who You Are:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a commercial, customer-focused, and international Customer Service team.
• A service minded, conscientious personality with a big sense of responsibility.
• Initiative taker, team player and multitasker with a customer-centric mindset
• Familiar in working with other cultures
• Accurate, strong organizing skills and good computer skills and good mastering of MS Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point)

For This Role, You Will Need:
• Very customer- and result- oriented, work organized according to the priorities and disciplined following the Emerson Professional Tools procedures and guidelines
• Native Danish speaker and excellent communication skills in Swedish and/or Norwegian and/or Finish and a good knowledge of English.

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
• Technical interest would be an advantage but is not required
• Knowledge of any ERP and/or CRM system will be an advantage
