- Lead and manage our engineering team with a clear focus on delivery, execution, and operational excellence.
- Develop and grow your team members.
- Continuously optimize workflows, structures, and collaboration within the team to improve efficiency and predictability.
- Introduce, adapt, and maintain processes and a working environment that support reliable engineering delivery.
- Plan and prioritize work together with the team, translating objectives into realistic plans and clear commitments.
- Manage stakeholders across the organization and ensure optimal planning, alignment, and an effective operating environment for your team.
- You are an enabler who creates structure, clarity, and focus for your team.
- You think in solutions and outcomes.
- You communicate clearly and effectively - whether one‑on‑one or in larger, multi‑disciplinary groups.
- You enjoy guiding teams through challenges and turning complexity into executable plans.
- A graduate degree in electrical engineering, information technology, mechatronics, communications engineering, or a comparable field—or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum 8 years of professional experience leading engineering or project teams, or in a comparable role with strong delivery responsibility.
- A strong problem‑solving and execution‑oriented mindset.
- Proven experience leading teams within matrix organizations.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across teams and functions.
- Strong communication skills and a passion for tackling complex technical challenges from a delivery and organizational perspective.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Background in aerospace and defence.
- Experience with Azure DevOps.
